  • Low-calorie diets and excessive workout routines.
  • Weight loss plans. If your body is ready to shed excess weight, this will be a natural part of your journey to CONSCIOUS HEALTH.
  • Cookie Cutter Plans. Any meal or exercise planning we do is designed with your unique needs in mind. 
  • Dogma. While spirituality is a fundamental component of the work we do, I do not preach any one religion/spiritual tradition. Rather, I meet you where you are and accept what you are comfortable with.
